Optimized conditions for less risk - security already when booking
(Temporary adjustment due to pandemic)
We are very happy that a large number of guests are loyal to us even in times that are difficult to plan and that one booking ensures that they can look forward to their vacation. Although everyone is currently aware of the pandemic, it is also causing uncertainty. The current circumstances require flexibility on our part, just like everyone else. In order to make it easier for our guests to make a decision and to enable them to look forward to their holiday, we offer a low-risk booking.
To this end, we are loosening our following cancellation fee scale of our terms and conditions, which are still applicable for other individual and personal reasons for cancellation, so that direct bookings can be made with a significantly reduced risk (tour operators, online portals etc. have their own conditions):
As soon as there is evidence of a pandemic, i.e. corona-related reason, rebooking up to two weeks before arrival or cancellation up to four weeks before arrival is free of charge. In any case, booking is absolutely risk-free for any necessary cancellations up to the day of arrival if this is prevented by official regulations such as travel bans, border or hotel closures, regional quarantine and the like (see level 6 in Austria) - in such cases our guests arise no cost.
This accommodating special regulation applies initially to bookings received by November 30, 2020 with a stay until the end of the 2020/2021 winter season (April 11, 2021).
Tip: If, on the other hand, you have no doubts about your planning, you can continue to use the discounted and therefore non-refundable "non-flex prices" for which the above Regulations are excluded.
In addition, we ask for your understanding and to note that pandemic-related adjustments or restrictions of certain services made or ordered by the authorities are not a reason for complaint, but are intended to serve the health of our guests as well as our employees. With booking and arrival, our guests confirm that they accept and adhere to any measures.
1. General Conditions (AGB)
Validity: These general terms and conditions apply to reservation enquiries, and also to confirmed bookings of hotels or special offers, as booked through the Sporthotel reservation system (SRS).
Reservation Requests and Confirmations: the Sporthotel Brixen will forward your obligation free request, or your confirmed booking to the respective hotel or supplier by email. Upon receipt of your request, the hotel or supplier will forward you their detailed offer. Once your reservation has been confirmed with SRS, it will be contractually binding. Your mouse click confirms that you agree to an Accommodation or Travel Service Contract. Therefore please take special note of the advised cancellation terms and conditions. The supplier reserves the right to refuse the reservation within 24 hours of despatch. The Sporthotel Brixen has the possibility to refuse your booking within 24 hours.
Accomodation or Travel Service Contract and Payment: A confirmed booking between you and the chosen hotel or supplier will result in an Accommodation or Travel Service Contract. You will have to pay the total amount of your reservation right at the hotel. The confirmed price is to be paid directly, either locally or by money transfer, to the hotelier or supplier. Any claims arising from this Accommodation or Travel Service Contract are to be made directly with the Sporthotel Brixen or the supplier.
Changes to your booking and cancellation: Cancellations are to be advised directly to the hotel. Otherwise this cancellation terms are valid: Until 3 months (90 days) before arrival a cancellation is free, between 1 months (30 days) before arrival we charge 40% of the total amount as cancellation fee, from 1 week (7 days) before arrival, we charge 70%; last week (under 7 days) before arrival: 90% of the total agreed price - No Show 100%.

Hotel Categories, Hotel and Travel Information: The internationally recognised hotel classification (1-5 stars) provides an indication of the standard of the hotel. All additional hotel, travel information and descriptions are based on information received from the hotel.
Room Rates: All rates provided by the Sporthotel Brixen are up-to-date and are as advised by the respective hotel or supplier. These rates apply to all reservations booked through the SRS. Bookings will be made using the latest and best possible Sporthotel Brixen daily rate, as advised by the hotel or supplier for the chosen date of travel. Last Minute, low season, weekend or special offers appearing on the SRS will automatically be taken in to account.
Miscellaneous: Although utmost care is taken to ensure that all information supplied is accurate, the Sporthotel Brixen assumes no liability for possible errors arising during the collection of and passing on of information. The transfer of any information as supplied by Sporthotel Brixen (either fully or an extract), or the use of any information for purposes other than those for which it is intended, is only permitted with the explicit authorisation of the Sporthotel Brixen.
These terms and conditions are governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is Kitzbühel, Austria.
2. Elaboration of data protection
The Sporthotel Brixen would like to sustain your trust in online reservations of single services and special offers. Thus, we would like to inform you about
- which personal information we store and
- How we process this information.
Anonymous use of our reservation system: Usually you can access our reservation service which having to state any personal information, which means anonymous use is possible. You can, for example, access information on our special packages without having to register on our website.
Registration: If you wish access our Sporthotel Brixen website as a reservation customer or as a hotel / travel agency, we require personal data such as your name and address in order to process a transaction. This specific data collection is clearly marked in the course of your registration. This data is required in order to process your reservation. Furthermore, you will receive the regular Sporthotel newsletter, based on the information you stated during your registration. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter anytime. You do not have to give any information on your person which is not marked as \u132?mandatory field\ldblquote . If you have stated additional information, we will process these anonymously for a stastistical evaluation only.
Right of access to personal data: As a registered user you have the right to receive information on what kind of data we collect from your person. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
Deletion: Upon request we will fully and immediately delete your personal data. Please contact email@example.com for further information. Please note that we can process this deletion only after all other data transcation have been completed. Upon request we will then inform you about your processed data deletion.
