  • Parking facilities
    You can park with us free of charge in the outdoor parking spaces or for a moderate fee in the underground car park.
  • Parking space for bicycles
    You can safely park your "gusto piece" in our underground car park. You must bring your own lock. Alternatively, we offer e-bike rental and bicycle hire.

  • Distance to the town centre
    In 5 to 10 minutes on foot you can reach the centre of Brixen with some shops, Tyrol's oldest schnapps distillery and the famous church.
  • Distance to the mountain railways
    The valley stations to the hiking & skiing area Wilder Kaiser - Brixental is only 1.2 km away from the hotel. Parking is free of charge there. (In winter, the public ski bus stops in front of the hotel. Plus: Almost daily our small hotel bus takes you 8.45 am & 09.25 am to the two gondola lifts. In addition, a family ski run goes right up to the hotel, snow conditions permitting).
  • SPA VITAL - Costs
    The use of our newly designed SPA VITAL with Finnish mountain view sauna, bio sauna, infrared cabin, aroma steam bath, brine steam bath, wellness showers as well as refreshing bathing pond and the spacious relaxation rooms with fireplace and view of the Kitzbühel Alps is included in these packages for our hotel guests.
  • Pool - Temperature
    Our indoor pool is pleasantly heated at approx. 27 to 29 degrees, the whirlpool between 31 and 33 degrees. The outdoor adventure pool in the garden is about 25 to 27 degrees during the summer.
  • Tennis court - costs
    11 courts: 5 indoor: per hour 32 €, for house guests 26 €. 5 outdoor: per hour 20 €, for house guests 16 € (2024) - not for training. Or choose corresponding packages incl. tennis court use.

  • Tennis - Clothing
    The 5 indoor courts have a granulate carpet and are played on with outdoor shoes, just like the 6 outdoor clay courts. We ask that you do not walk through the hotel wearing tennis shoes. Tennis clothing is welcome in all areas during the day.
  • Dinner - dress code?
    Sporty-casual during the day always suits our family atmosphere. The other guests will only be pleased to see a smart-casual wardrobe that matches the ambience in the evening - i.e. no slippers, no fitness clothing. Long trousers and closed shoes for men are preferrable. For the gala dinner on Saturday, you can also be a little more dressy.
  • Pets
    Dog, cat, turtle - welcome. For your four-legged friend we charge 21,00 EUR per night (without food). Please note further details:

  • Childcare
    We do have a playroom suitable for smaller children, but no supervision. For older children, the attention of parents is also welcome.
  • Wi-fi / Internet
    Free Wi-fi is available throughout the house (provider-dependent).
