Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel this purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that the voucher(s) purchased have not yet been redeemed with us. The voucher is only valid once we have received payment and sent you an email confirmation. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you took possession of the paid-for voucher, either online or in person. It is not possible to redeem the voucher for cash. In principle, the paid-for voucher is valid for 30 years. Please take care not to lose it; the voucher is transferable and may be redeemed by the person carrying and presenting it. It can only be redeemed upon presentation of the original voucher.
Partial redemption of the voucher is possible. The remaining balance will be transferred to a new voucher, unless the value is less than 10 euros. In this case, the amount will, at your request, either be issued as a new voucher or paid out directly in cash; a bank transfer is not possible, as the voucher must be presented on site. Once the full voucher amount has been redeemed, the voucher will be cancelled and retained. The voucher is therefore no longer valid.

In the event of withdrawal
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to submit the notification of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal using the form below before the withdrawal period expires. To exercise your right of withdrawal, a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase contract for the voucher you have purchased is sufficient.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this voucher purchase, we shall refund all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. Once you have cancelled the voucher purchase, the voucher must be disposed of. The voucher is therefore no longer valid and is void.
